SPORTCARRIERE is assisting Eventeam Live in the recruitment of a Trilingual Sales (NL-FR-EN) on a permanent contract.

Eventeam is a global communication agency specialised in the organisation of sport and general (B2B) events as in sports marketing:

• Top-of-the-range hospitality at the most beautiful national and international sports events,
• Tailor-made corporate events,
• Ticketing management,
• Tour Operator for sports events,
• Marketing consultancy,

In 2016 Eventeam was designated as Official Ticketing Agency of the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC) for the Olympic Games of Rio 2016, for the Belgian market. This contract has been renewed in 2017 for the Games of Tokyo 2020.

Eventeam, is an official travel agency for major sporting events such the Rugby World Cups for the last 5 editions, officially approved by the French Rugby, Football and Tennis Federation (Roland Garros, …).

Also the official ticketing Agency of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) since the Olympic Games of London 2012 for summer and winter Olympics until now.

The agency has nearly 40 employees in Paris (Boulogne-Billancourt) and a small team in Belgium (Brussels).

For its subsidiary in Brussels, Eventeam is looking for a trilingual commercial talent (NL, FR & ENG) to reinforce its team.

• Marketing of Sports Hospitality (Golf, Rugby, Football, Tennis, …);
• Marketing of Entertainment (Concerts);
• Responsible for the commercial relationship and representing the agency to the client;
• Supervision of projects/quotes until signature;
• Qualification of the agency’s client portfolio: appointments and meetings with the manager and clients;
• Participation in targeted sales operations: trade fairs, events;
• Accompanying clients and their guests to sports/other events;
• Guide customer requests for further handling to our online and offline supports;
• Operational follow-up of the files: sending information to customers, handling guest lists, etc.;
• Assist the manager in the preparation of client presentations;
• Monitoring the website content and social media;
• Assisting in the creation of our clients’ travel documents (information guide, presentation of activities, itineraries, etc.);
• Stay updated about the competitors’ actions.
• The scope of the missions may be gradually refined according to interests and skills.

• In possession of a college or university degree (business school, marketing, communication, sports management, tourism) and eager to work in a dynamic company in a great and fast-moving environment.
