World Rugby is the world governing and law-making body for the sport of Rugby Union based in Dublin.
In addition to its governance functions World Rugby organises a number of international tournaments and events including the Rugby World Cup, Women’s Rugby World Cup and the annual HSBC Rugby Sevens World Series and Women’s Sevens World Series Competitions.
World Rugby wishes to appoint a RWC 2023 Hospitality Co-ordinator, on a fixed term contract of employment, based in Paris, reporting to the RWC 2023 Hospitality Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working in a major sports event environment. ;
- Event management experience mandatory, ideally in a Hospitality team ;
- Proven ability in customer relations ;
- Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders ;
- Must have attention to detail and be thorough in their document execution ;
- Highly proficient MS Office skills i.e Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
- Fluency in written and oral English and French.
