Each year we will host the biggest international concerts, sport events and family shows. Thus the expectations of our operating teams must meet these grand expectations.

The Paris la Défense Arena, is a new global leader in sport and show technology, all operated by Lililo.

Lililo and their teams are in charge of the day-to-day operations of the compound and the marketing for the arena (grand-events, seminars, conventions, hospitality (suites and lounges), partnerships and ticketing).

Lililo equally holds the marketing, sales and match organization rights for Racing 92 professional rugby club.

Missions

Working as a member of the Corporate Sales & Events team you will be in charge of development for major events at the Paris La Defense Arena.

You will be in charge of adapting the proper sales documents to fit your strategy and then develop the main players in the market (Event Agencies & Large Companies). In order to accomplish this you will have to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments (Corporate Events, Communication & Marketing):

  • Formulate the appropriate commercial documents for sales development
  • Develop a network of Agencies and Large Companies
  • Propose and solicit sales opportunities
  • Visit event locations and study different techniques
  • Be proactive and creative to think of different configurations for each specific event, themes budget, etc…
  • Management of events with close attention to operating costs and different contractors of the arena

You will be responsible for your activities, both soliciting new sales and configuring the event logistics with the Paris La Defense Arena. A good understanding of the events sector and the agency environment is required.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Bac +2 or equivalent

Preferred skills:

  • Event agency experience and the ability to work in within a team
  • Working level in English, in order to work with the different actors in the market including international clients
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
