Sportcarriere is assisting On Location in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner on permanent contract.

Functions & Responsibilities
  • People & Culture Business Partner as well as HR Administrator for the FIFA Office in Paris (ca. 35 people in 2022) ;
  • People & Culture Business Partner as well as HR Administrator for the FIFA Development AG with its 11 Regional Offices around the world (ca. 35 people in 2022) ;
  • Assure administrative HR excellence both in Paris and for the 11 Regional Offices including legal HR issues, social security, work permits, onboarding as well as payrolling and taxes (done externally) ;
  • Lead end-to-end recruitments (publication, joint selection, contract) ;
  • Advice and coach management and employees in people matters (leadership, development, change management, mediation, exit process, etc.) ;
  • Lead annual processes (performance management, salary review, workforce planning, etc.) ;
  • Lead or co-lead projects, drive innovation and technological development in HR ;
  • The official job title is “People & Culture Business Partner Paris”. The position is located in the city centre of Paris. The person is integrated in the team in Paris and reports to the Director of People & Culture in Zurich.

Education & Qualifications

  • University degree ;
  • Further education in HR an advantage.

Work experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in comparable role in an international, fast-paced environment ;
  • Work experience abroad and dealing with multiple cultures.


  • Proficiency in English and French a must; any other language an advantage


  • Very good knowledge of Word and Excel ;
  • Relevant experience with ERP (e.g. SAP).

Contract type : Permanent Contract – Full time
Location : Paris (75) + Some travelling (Zurich and occasionally to Regional Offices) + One day home-office possible
Starting date : ASAP
Salary : Competitive
