Sportcarriere is assisting On Location in the recruitment of a Director of Marketing Services, Olympic & Paralympic games (F/M) on permanent contract.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing services & the content factory, for working closely with internal On Location functional teams, external stakeholders and will need to be capable of managing multiple, ongoing workstreams.
- Act as the key point of contact between the Marketing Team and other internal On Location functional teams (Stakeholders, Custom Groups, Sales, International Relations, Production, Tech…) ;
- Manage the Content Factory (Head of Production, Producer, Designer, Production Manager, Localization Manager, Languaging Agency, Freelancers & Agencies) in charge of producing all creative assets to support internal, external functional areas & the company’s go-to-market strategy ;
- Map out and implement information flow and communications structures to ensure alignment, timeliness and responsiveness across internal teams ;
- Project planning including defining stakeholders, scope, deliverables, dependencies, resource needs, key milestones, sprints and critical paths ;
- Manage the Marketing Services Team in charge of coordinating activities and communications across and between internal teams in multiple countries and time zones ;
- Chair and facilitate kickoff meetings, and product workshops ;
- Agile project management to ensure activities are performed on time, on budget and in alignment with the brief; ensure changes to the scope, brief or deliverables are communicated and enacted rapidly ;
- Report project progress to relevant key stakeholders.
