AirFit is one of the promising start-ups selected to join Europe’s first Sports Incubator, Le Tremplin.

We provide athletes with the best outdoor fitness stations connected via a mobile sport coaching application.

The connection between an Outdoor Fitness stations and a dedicated coaching application is to optimize outdoor sports foster our ambition to push ourselves to be the pioneer of the New Generation of Fitness.

We are now in a crucial development phase of advancing our activities in France and abroad. To impose ourselves as the leader in Outdoor Fitness, we are looking for ambitious and determined employees!

Missions

As the Sales Executive your mission will be to develop the sales activities and procedures for AirFit in the French and European markets.

Some examples of your tasks include:

  • Sales prospection (networking, phoning, emails…)
  • Searching for ways to leverage more sales opportunities
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and manage sales leads
  • Schedule and conduct client sales meetings
  • Search for new partnerships

Evidently all of your missions will not just be focus on sales, and we will help to develop other skills as necessary.

Profile

Education & Experience:

  • You are enrolled in a Bac +3 to Bac +5, ideally with prior professional sales experience. If that is not the case do not panic, your ability to learn quickly on the job will be valuable !

Preferred Skills:

  • You have a strong interest in sales. The idea of closing a deal does not scare you, but actually encourages you to sell more. You approach each prospect with the same energy, determination and perseverance.
  • You can speak English and ideally one other European language, in order to help AirFit grow internationally
  • You demonstrate a strong capacity for analyzing and synthesizing data
  • You are strong in both writing and speaking, and have excellent communication skills
  • You can work autonomously, have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking on new challenges
